" People can beat illness, lose weight, have better skin, and are healthier if they eat a large variety of fruit and vegetables everyday. Our body needs fresh food. However, with our busy lifestyles, it can be hard to fill our bodies with whay they need.

Smoothie and juice will be a good choice, since each of them is made by several kinds of fruit and vegetables, and they are fresh and tasty. In this website, I will experiment and demonstrate different smoothies, juices and milkshakes, and share them with you. Delicious! "

Kiwifruit Honeydew Smoothie

" Kiwi fruits contain about as much potassium as bananas, and also contain 1.5 times the DRI for Vitamin C. It is also rich in Vitamins A and E, and its black seeds can be crushed to produce kiwi fruit oil, which is very rich in Alfa-Linoleic Acid (an important Omega-3 essential fatty acid).

Honeydew is a great source of foliate that has become well known for its power to forbid birth defects and is of great importance to women of childbearing age.
